A Nepali citizen with citizenship of the cooperative's working area (Kavre, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur) can become a member by visiting any nearby service office (Khopasi, Banepa, Panauti, Dhungkharka, Panchkhal, Bhakunde, Baneshwor) with a citizenship certificate and a filled share application form.
Members can save money, take loans when needed, and receive various member relief programs offered by the institution.

Member death relief, family relief, health treatment relief, natural disaster relief, newborn and maternity relief, and Bindhavasini special treatment relief.
One unit of share: Rs. 100; entry fee: Rs. 50; Bindhavasini special treatment fund: Rs. 100; regular monthly saving: Rs. 200 — total Rs. 450.
1) Health treatment relief: up to Rs. 10,000, twice. 2) Family relief: up to Rs. 5,000, up to 3 times on death of a family member. 3) Natural disaster relief: up to Rs. 5,000. 4) Member death relief: up to Rs. 20,000 to the heir. 5) Newborn/maternity relief: up to Rs. 500, up to 2 times. 6) Bindhavasini special treatment support (for heart, cancer, brain tumor, kidney diseases): up to Rs. 20,000 based on regular saving, as per the special treatment fund procedure.
